Have you changed your mind? We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us, and we're pleased to give you the option to return your order free of charge within 14 days of the date of initial dispatch. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns. We are unable to accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned. Please always check the product information section for the item you have ordered available on our website. Your original delivery cost will not be refunded. When initiating a return, please ensure to include any associated gifts received with your purchase. These gifts are provided when you meet the qualifying spending threshold of the current offer.

The process is very simple. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact customer care at boutique@auraskypool.com to arrange the pickup.

We don't offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!

It can take up to 21 working days* from the day after you dropped off your return for it to reach our warehouse and be processed (this depends on your carrier and the country you’re returning from). We’ll let you know once that’s done – you’ll receive an email with all the details about your refund.
